To reserve a home....we email a rental agreement to you with your billing information and speak with you by phone to discuss all details and concerns you may have.  You will fill out the rental agreement, have your guests review the agreement and mail it back to us.  We also require the refundable deposit to reserve the property.  We will review the rental agreement, just to make sure all pages are signed and filled out properly.  If all is correct, we will send confirmation that we have received the agreement and your dates are reserved.  (We do cash the security deposit after we send confirmation, and mail a check back for a refund after your departure.)

 Full rental payment is due 45 days prior to your check in date.  When we receive your final payment of the rental balance, we will contact you to discuss any questions or concerns, and a check in information sheet will be emailed to you with the location of the lock box that contains the keys, and the combination to the lock box.

We will stay in close contact with you at all times, as we understand that renting a vacation home can be a diffucult task!

We accept personal or business checks for the security deposit and rental payments.  We also accept credit card payments and e checks payments through Paypal. If you wish to pay by paypal, please ask for an invoice which will be sent by email.  

Do not send cash in the mail and do not send credit card numbers by email or regular mail!

If you are staying at our Fripp home, passes will be called in under your last name to the security gate on Fripp Island.
