Our home is surrounded by palms, marsh, & water, creating a private and relaxing setting.  This property is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, marshes, community pool, playground, & crabbing dock.

By Golf Cart, which is included in the rental of this home, the beach is less than a 5 minute drive. Because our home is located in a central part of the island, you will find the beach near our home very nice at high and low tide!  There are multiple beach accesses with golf cart parking located throughout Fripp Island.

The Master Suite has a king bed, private balcony overlooking the marshes & private a bathroom.  The two other bedrooms, one upstairs & one downstairs, each have queen beds.  The home has Cable TV & high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, & central heat & AC.

Fripp Island is a very special place, offering world class golf & tennis, beautiful beaches, & abundant wildlife.  The island is home to countless species of birds, deer, loggerhead turtles, dolphin, egrets, herons, & many other nautical species.

Three and a half miles of pristine beach provide the perfect location to spend the day in relaxation. Fripp's marinas, restaurants, & sightseeing provide something for every member of the family. If you want to spend the day in town, historic Downtown Beaufort in approximately 15 miles away, and both Hunting & Harbor Island are within five miles.
